What are Peer Groups?
 
Peer Groups are self-organizing, self-managed global and local affinity/interest groups.
 
Audience: Work-seekers, women entrepreneurs, consultants, coaches, group facilitators, those seeking mentors/those willing to mentor, those building or thinking about creating a non-profit or cooperative, business and social entrepreneurs, IT/IS specialists (developers, designers, etc.) ...

Peer Group 2010-2011 Project Team Goals:
  • Create a self-organizing, self-managing peer group program
  • Provide Dreamfish members with opportunities for collaboration, peer-group support,
  • Infuse Dreamfish members with ideas, possibilities, new opportunities
 
Peer Group 2010-2011 Project Team Deliverables:
  • Published guides that support peer group members and coaches, facilitators and mentors
  • Coaching members in Dreamfish culture/ practices 
  • Increase use of self in Dreamfish and learn how to scale use of self
  • Create value for Dreamfish members and the co-op that we can communicate
  • Further our 2010 strategic goals
