Web development for Children's Health Nonprofit

I'm helping a nonprofit, which has a proven in-school program in the USA for reducing childhood obesity and improving children's health.  They need to upgrade their Web site, as part of their fund-raising and marketing effort.  We need someone who can provide the following types of services for a very reasonable price:
- Set up a range of online payment donation options to supplement the current ones
- Deal with video including ensuring better upload times and smooth delivery of visual and audio elements
- Making improvements in layout, adding in and switching around videos, etc.

Accept the Challenge's Operation Tone-Up program has a unique track record, backed by before- and after- health data, of improving children's health and helping fight childhood obesity, which is a huge problem in the USA and a growing number of other countries.  This program has proven results in many school districts, focusing on lower income schools with diverse populations, and has been invited in by a large number of schools, at a cost of only $20/student.  The program has been endorsed by US Secretary of Education, Arne Duncan, who implemented it when he was CEO of Chicago's public schools.  We are upgrading the Web site to assist in fund-raising, so that schools can afford to implement Operation Tone-Up in spite of cuts in public spending. 

We can pay for your services and are looking for a very reasonable price.
