Dreamfish is a cooperative, co-owned and operated by us all. Our mission is to help as many people as possible to create sustainable work through collaboration. In service of this mission, we help ourselves as we help each other.

As you earn income from being hired by another Dreamfish member, you keep 90% and share 10% with Dreamfish. As a cooperative, members share profits according to what we contribute.

2. Free our economy

To enable us all to swim in Dreamfish, we use the pay-as-you-grow model.  You keep 90% and contribute 10% to Dreamfish. This 10% service fee pays for every nut and bolt in the network. The cool thing is that a new member can begin using all services in Dreamfish right away. As we each earn revenue, then we each pay for service.  We all share the risk and rewards as we help each other. 
 

3. Money back

  • At the end of each year, you can receive back your share of dividends, in proportion to the money and service time you put into Dreamfish. 

4. Service points

  • Service projects are where we build Dreamfish. We learn and we give back. When you contribute on a Dreamfish Service project, you earn for your service. You can redeem your points either through dividends or participating members' services.
