To build your dream, there is a lot to learn along the way. But, you don't need to learn on your own. As humans, we work best when we learn in relationship and we practice. Dreamfish helps you to learn how to work by offering an empowering life-long learning community. As a Dreamfish member, you can explore one of the following opportunities:
1. Joining Dreamfish Practice Groups
Practice Groups offer peer learning and sharing on an area of practice. The groups are facilitated by members who volunteer to facilitate. Here are current open groups to join:
Developer Practice Group - Both experienced and beginners to software development are welcome. We meet up to chat and learn from each other.
Value Practice Group - This groups explores creating value and exchanging value beyond the use of money as currency.
2. Working on a Service Team
Service Teams build Dreamfish. People who join the teams can highly experienced in one area and just starting out in another. We learn from one another as we work. Here are teams you can join:

3. Becoming a Dreamfish Fellow
Dreamfish Fellows Program provides a service learning opportunity to advance practiioners to apply their leadership skills to develop Dreamfish as an inclusive, effective distributed work and transformative learning community for social impact. Mentored by leaders in community development and training in collaboration technology, Fellows will learn, implement and refine best practices that facilitate the learning and development of Dreamfish members. Fellows begin by joining the community leadership planning summit on June 2-6, 2010. Applications due by May 15th.
