Membership Guidelines are agreements that we each make to this work community. Member Guidelines covers your behavior as a member of Dreamfish cooperative. Before joining Dreamfish, please read these guidelines carefully.
As Dreamfish member, I agree to these Five Work Practices:
Each member and each contribution in this community is valuable. We expect for each person to be treated with the upmost regard and respect. We respect people's time, efforts, and expressions. Our Diversity Statement reflects our commitment to inclusion.
We are each accountable for our agreements to each other. This means you follow through on work that you agree to do. When you leave or disengage from the project, in whole or in part, we do so in a way that supports the project. If you must leave a project, tell people in a timely way that you are leaving and take the proper steps to ensure that others can pick up where you leave off.
We each strive towards excellent collaborative project management practices. Project-based work is an efficient flexible way to get work done. It can keep costs low when done well.
We strive to learn in relationship. Dreamfish is a new way of work for many of us. By giving each other feedback, we can become more aware and more effective at work. We learn about what we don't know. If you have any disagreement or distress over the conduct of a member of the community, check your own assumptions out directly with the other person. Own your own interpretations and feelings. If need be, please ask a Facilitator for assistance.
We pay for the services of the Dreamfish cooperative as we benefit from the services.
