Devin: spring continues to be staggeringly beautiful. i've been removed with client work ramping up. looking forward to knocking out df work
Lisa: dashing out at 10:30 - working on video; Carlos did FAQ for network; looking at become a member page, integrating marcom material
Johannes: video work, need to set mind on it, doing changes is challnege, but i changed it today and it got better, thnk we can launch soon, big thing to see if it is going to work out, but it seems successful 
Tiff:stunningly beatiful on the SF side, spring everywhere. Got back from a 14 hour conference day, Collaboration 2010. Applause for Dreamfish as finalist. Everyone seemed to know about Dreamfish and supportive.

topic 1: Become a member page
  • have a look at it with fresh eyes: what makes hesitates and what makes you want to click through (Devin and Johannes?)
  • write out key features and benefits
  • get feedback from users about benefits or blockers
 
 
topic 2: series of emails in sign up process
  • keeping emails short, but welcome thought about content and tone
  • idea: series of videos after signup, like emails
 
topic3: member experience
  • where to go for what questions and what kind of need
  • guiding to the different language and location groups in the network
  • case example: Member creating a project taking about the nonprofit, but not expressing what he needs - funding, and participants for his funraising event
  • case example: Member starting group, pitching thier busisnes. we want to guide in group facilitation 
 
High priority:
we need some better guidance for the members for Projects and Group facilitation, otherwise "the project page looks like a jungle" and groups will be empty
 
Since there are different ways of learning, different guidances would be necessary
 
Topic 4: Finishing, tasking, wireframing remaining stories
 
Topic 5: Editing a page
Johannes could not find edit page button: I expected it grouped at the content of the page itself, not on the side that feels to be reserved for general project options.

  • launch video pretty soon to make ppl feel engaged and foster the emotional want to sign up
  • a lot of individual reach out
 
topic 7: transition of the existing wiki network members (about 150)
  • the new network has different guidelines and a 25 dollars share purchase
  • email with notice about migration of account with follonwing information options:
  • offering option to sign up self or have the account information migrated automatically
  • thoughts: have members take control of transition or offer automatic sign up?
  • possible solution: could you write that down Devin?

Devin: Awesome! got new stories, task to create, will shoot tiff email about questions, goal to prep for Dev meeting tomorrow
Johanness: had fun in the meeting, what needs to be fixed is exciting, what options there are, how flexible things are, enthusiastic about contributing video and spreading the video, deeply involved in the marketing and PR, usability issues
Tiff: awesome! liked that we got to cover some action items. Excited about seeing the new video as well. Will send out series of emails that invite you to see the different welcome emails.
