Dreamfish has a big vision - empowering sustainable work for as many people as possible. We seek to increase economic opportunity for the disadvantaged, alleviate poverty and mobilize the power of diversity through our peer-to-peer micro-enterprise network. We use a for-profit strategy to deliver on this promise.
In our cooperative, members are owners and producers. To grow the cooperative, members pay Dreamfish 10% of revenue earned in the cooperative. Many members also contribute service time to build the cooperative.
We operate with ByLaws that reflect standards among cooperatives, established by the International Cooperative Alliance.
We enable all members, and outside institutions to get involved in Dreamfish through:
Dreamfish offers two direct investment opportunities - member ownership, and preferred class B stock.

Dreamfish provides students and faculty with a transformative learning experience and innovative research opportunities that result in social impact.
Fielding Graduate University, a 501c3 graduate level educational institution, has established the Fielding Dreamfish Fellows Fund through Fielding's Institute for Social Innovation. For a gift of $4,850, you will fund one Fielding student, alumni or faculty to serve as a Dreamfish Fellow for six months to facilitate community leadership in Dreamfish.

To help support onboarding, Dreamfish fellows are also seeking to provide local trainings in low-income regions. To enable members to work effectively in Dreamfish, please consider to pledge the following:
