Leadership and Governance

Leadership

Leadership in Dreamfish is collaborative and practice-based. People become leaders through doing service projects and cultivating value and respect in the community. Some leadership is formal and most is informal.

Dreamfish members: relational leadership

Dreamfish members are equal owners of Dreamfish. Dreamfish members vote for the Board of Directors at the annual meeting. Each active member has one vote.

Board of Directors

Currently, the Board includes Tiffany von Emmel, Linda Crafts, and Camille Harris. A nominating committee of three will be selecting the next Board candidates to fill five positions (see the ByLaws for details). The board is responsible for fiduciary oversight and seeing that the Co-op operates by the Dreamfish ByLaws.  The Bylaws have been approved by the board, and will go over a periodic review by the Board.
