Creating Value: What kind of value do you want? Social impact, Achievement, Learning, Security? Work experience? Income?:

Ideally I'd want to live in a money-free world - or at least freed from the pressure to "make money". Reality is different, so I still need to make a living. 

However, I experience much bigger satisfaction through learning and interaction with other people. 

I consider all kinds of non-monetary exchange if it suits my needs (I love volunteering for food and lodging, however I must step back a bit here as I do not have the means to cover travel and personal expenses anymore...).
