Hi all! I am the founder and CEO of Dreamfish. My life work is to further connective ways of working for a just, sustainable world.
Bio
An entrepreneur and social innovator, Tiffany is known for building transformative B2B environments. Early on in New York, Tiffany served on the launch team of National Business Network, sold to 3M. NBN effectively disrupted the B2B media market by networking 100+ grassroots business publications into one media buy. Since then, she founded The Empowerment Place for mid-career adults. She and her team have produced social software for Stanford, the Institute for Sustainable Development, and SMEs. A popular speaker, Tiffany has coached leaders, engineers ecologists, artists, and activists. At Stanford Graduate School of Business, she served as a Group Facilitator for Women in Management and Interpersonal Dynamics. In 2002, she won an award from the Academy of Management and the Center for Creative Inquiry for her research in Organizational Improvisation. In 2005, she earned a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University.
